Access to world-wide knowledge in informatics is a bibliographic database covering literature in the field of Computer Science and Computer Technology with about more than two million citations from 1951 to current. It is constantly updated with citations drawn from more than 300 journals, books and conference proceedings. It regularly scans selected journals from IEEE, Springer publishing house as well as from the DBLP (Digital Bibliography & Library Project, University of Trier).

Full-text Supply
Full-text supply is the critical step in the process of information supply. About 60% of the documents are directly linked via doi. In order to create a seamless link from database search results to a full-text delivery service, provides an OpenURL link resolver which is by now connected to Worldcat as the most suitable supplier for users worldwide.

Full-text documents are also directly available on The LNI (Lecture Notes in Informatics) series and the EMISA FORUM. These full texts are also retrievable via searches in the reference databases, or by browsing the library holdings table of contents.
